Frenchtown Signs
For Frenchtown Signs, I focused on building a workflow that allowed the business to keep up with growing demand without slowing production. Client inquiries, pricing, and project updates were previously handled informally, which made it difficult to track projects and respond efficiently. I organized a structured intake and management system using Notion to centralize client data, project status, invoicing, and communication.
Alongside this, I developed internal pricing guides and standardized processes for quoting so new inquiries could be handled quickly and consistently. By separating business communication from personal channels and implementing clearer systems for client management, the workflow became easier to maintain, allowing the shop to focus more time on production while still keeping projects organized and clients informed.

Struggles
01
High volume of client interest, not enough time to respond, organize, and send quotes while making product.
02
Client data tracking including status, invoicing, updates, and project management were not set up.
03
Priced each client with no internal pricing lists or workflows for client intake.
04
Used personal email for client outreach and service setups.
Solutions
01
Implemented new pricing to keep high value clients and phase out low-margin clients that required disproportionate time and slowed production.
02
Organized a CRM through Notion to collect and sort client data automatically.
03
Created internal pricing guides to make client intake streamlined and more efficient.
04
Set up business email and accounts to easily separate customers from personal matters.
